MICHAEL BENNETT
CEO / OWNER
Michael grew up in Danville, CA and moved to Arizona in 1994. He went on to ASU where he graduated in 2005 from the W.P. Carey School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Real Estate. Michael Bennett has been an active Real Estate Investor since 2005. He became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in 2005 and, in 2009, created his own brokerage, MBA Real Estate. In 2013, Michael sold MBA Real Estate and started MJB Real Estate, transacting both traditional and wholesale real estate. In addition to Michael’s experience with traditional and wholesale real estate, he also brings extensive property and fund management experience to the company.
When he isn’t doing something real estate related, you’ll usually find Michael on some exciting, large-scale adventure.
RANETTE OLIVER
WHOLESALER / REALTOR
In 2016, Ranette joined the MJB Real Estate team as a licensed Real Estate Agent. As the head Wholesaler for MJB Real Estate, Ranette is always on the hunt for a new deal.
Ranette grew up in Southern California where she met her high school sweetheart. They married in 1998 and have since created a wonderful family of five beautiful children – two boys, three girls. (Hands full, hearts fuller!)
In California, Ranette worked as an Assistant Branch Manager for Washington Mutual Bank for over 8 years, where she built a strong repertoire of lending, sales, investment and management skills. Ranette moved to Arizona in 2003 and began working as the Director of Celebrate Recovery, a ministry, where she led interventions, mentorship programs, and large-audience trainings. Nowadays, when Ranette’s not chasing down more deals, you’ll probably find her with her family, enjoying some tasty food, or planning another trip to the beach!
SIMONA IRIMICIUC
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Simona joined the MJB Real Estate team in September of 2015. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a minor in Public Relations & Strategic Communications and a certificate in Special Event Management. Simona previously worked as a Marketing Assistant for Nautilus Insurance Company in Scottsdale, AZ and an Event Planning Intern at Entertainment Solutions, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ.
When Simona isn’t marketing, you can be sure to find her either teaching/attending a Holy Yoga class or singing and dancing, perhaps in a musical production.
